Desktop Mode for Higher Power

With “Desktop Mode” on, the maximum sustained undistorted output power of the balanced port goes up to 550mW, which is nearly equal to some desktop devices. This allows the KA13 to drive most headphones, allowing you to enjoy quality music in both portable on-the-go and desktop use situations. 

Adds a 4.4mm Balanced Output

FiiO chose a better configuration for the KA13 compared with many USB dongle dacs near the same price range. It features dual high-performance low-power consumption DAC chips, the CS43131 + dual low-noise op-amp chips, the SGM8262.

The dual-core combo features excellent performance and superior resolution. With support for 32bit/384kHz PCM and DSD256, the DAC is ready to use with any streaming service (perfect for Apple Music Lossless) and nearly every high-resolution music files you may own or have recorded.

The DAC features both SE 3.5mm + BAL 4.4mm dual headphone outputs: FiiO engineers repeatedly adjusted the design of the KA13 and finally managed to fit two headphone outputs in the compact dongle, marking true progress in packaging capabilities.

Features a detachable cable design. When combined with the included Type-C and Lightning adapter cables, makes this one of the best dacs for iphone. You can listen with various systems without having to immediately purchase another cable! 

FiiO also prioritizes customers' user experience. We included a fun feature on the KA13 in the RGB ambient light window. This RBG lighting is functional as well - it also shows corresponding sampling rates, a unique blending of technology and aesthetics.

FiiO KA13 supports being controlled with the FIIO Control app. With the app, you can set the RGB lights, SPDIF output, audio filters, etc. for a more convenient experience and a sharp look to the device.
