FiiO S15 Flagship Music Streamer and DAC

FiiO S15 is a versatile platform for digital audio. Stream from streaming services, over wifi or ethernet, place a hard drive up to 2TB, place a micro SD card, insert a USB stick to front usb slot, connect a phone / ipad / computer as a usb dac on the front usb-c plug or use the extensive wired connectivitiy on the rear of the S15.

FiiO S15 utilizes AKM flagship DAC combo, AK4191 + AK4499EX. This DAC is based on a new design that fully separates the digital and analog portions. The audible result is a cleaner background and improved resolution to deliver a natural, relaxed, and totally unstrained sound. 

FiiO S15 integrates three high end chip systems: Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, Qualcomm Bluetooth chip QCC5125, and XMOS 16-core XU316. FiiO has built years of refinement and optimization across these components, resulting in a wealth of technical expertise and proven stability. As a result, the S15 delivers exceptional stability and performance across various listening scenarios, providing an outstanding and reliable audio experience.

FiiO S15 combines with a custom Android 12 OS that features a custom portrait display system. The screen can be freely customized, making the layout personalized and control more intuitive and convenient. FiiO engineers have also tailored the FiiO Music app specifically for this horizontal-screen system, providing a smoother experience for music playback and settings.

There are multiple control options. Dual knobs + dual virtual keys, for more flexibility for certain operations. S15 Includes a Bluetooth remote control, allows you to easily manage music playback and volume adjustment from a distance, including adding tracks to “My Favorites” with just one click. App remote control, innovative dual-screen display, allows you to have comprehensive control using your phone.

FiiO S15 is equipped with a full range of digital and analog interfaces, including the newly added I2S output, AES input/output, coaxial input/output, HDMI input/output/ARC, RCA line-out, optical input/output, and XLR balanced line-out. It is ready to grow with any size, as your system grows.

Build quality to achieve high end audio was a key priority. FiiO S15 features meticulously selected internal components to ensure the entire audio system delivers a optimal sound performance. Coaxial and AES outputs both utilize a digital audio isolation transformer to achieve improved isolation. 

The XLR port uses the NEUTRIK tulip-shaped design, reliable and durable for stable connections. Both RCA output connectors are made of gold-plated copper, and the internal wiring utilizes oxygen-free copper to ensure high-fidelity signal transmission with minimal loss.

Suggestion: Use the S15 for all your digital and analog outputs. To add a headphone amp, we suggest the FiiO K17.
